A Modern Getaway in South Lombok
A peaceful getaway modern villa of four bedrooms for 10 guests with a breathtaking 52 square meter infinity pool and incredible views of the future MotoGP circuit at Mandalika in the foreground against a backdrop of soothing seas, soaring peaks, and green hills. Born from the philosophy of "Alasa," a Sanskrit word for being idle or idleness, we recreate a place where one can truly pause, relax and refresh. Whether you just wish to get out of your daily routine, chill, or meditate, Villa Alasa is the place where you can escape to and rest.
A tropical minimalist & barefoot abode of more than 1000 square meter at its best in South Lombok, Alasa is secluded and lusciously private but by no means isolated; prestigious neighbours include Villa Bliss, The Pullman & Novotel. And Tanjung Aan beach with its superb white sand is only a short three-minute bike ride away. Activities-to-do ranges from surfing, diving & snorkeling, hiking & trekking to paragliding.
Villa Alasa is nestled in the hills of Tanjung Aan bay, on the Southern tip of Lombok, approximately 25 minutes from the airport and 3 minutes from the beach and main town of Kuta.

THINGS TO DO
White Sand Beaches
South Lombok is famous for its deserted white sand beaches stretched from East to West. Some of the best beaches are Tanjung Aan, Mawun and Selong Belanak. If you love snorkeling, then Seger and Lancing beaches are the places to check out. Each part of the beach is perfect for the calm water sport, and a favorite part of the beach for snorkeling.
Surfing
To gain confidence, beginner surfers will love the protected coves around Kuta. But most of Lombok’s breaks are best suited for intermediate to advanced surfers. All along the south coast, with the most popular being Mawi and Ekas Bay as they pick up the most swell and can turn into a very hollow right on a dropping tide.
Yoga & Culinary
Surfing and yoga tend to follow each other. Kuta hosts numerous yoga studios to choose from that offer surfer’s yoga, vinyasa or gentle flow. Kuta also offers instagramable cafes and restaurants such as el bazar, kenza, and ashtari with dining experience and good-time vibes that will last in your memory.
Cultural Spots
Dusun Rambitan and Sade are traditional Sasak villages with their traditional homes and rice barns made of thatch and bamboo. These villages are also famous for their woven fabric, which is still produced by hand. Sukarare is another village famous for its weaving.
Waterfalls
An hour and a half drive away, Benang Stokel & Benang Kelambu waterfalls are perhaps two of the most romantic spots to bath under with your loved one. Other awesome waterfalls include Tiu Kelep and Sendang Gile
Trekking, Hiking & Camping
Mountain Rinjani draws trekkers from around the world. As Indonesia's second-tallest volcano with its stunning beauty: a 6 km-wide cobalt blue lake nestled beneath the rim of the vast caldera, it is a superb site for trekking and camping. Hiking at Sembalun Valley with its garlic scented aroma will literally drop your jaw, and rice filed walk at Tetebatu will lead to pounding waterfalls.
